Built on South African expertise, Blue Mining Services is committed to meeting the South African business imperative of transformation, by focusing on the DTI BEE Codes of Good Practice, DMRE Mining Charter 111, and assisting our clients to achieve their SLP obligations through preferential procurement within the communities in which we operate.
Skills Development
A critical factor of our brand is the continued investment in skills development. This we provide through various training interventions, including but not limited to mining and engineering learnerships, internships, bursaries and continuous on-the-job training and coaching.
